H.P. Mechler – Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Hal Mechler, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Imperial Sugar Company, has been instrumental in the company’s restructuring efforts. He played a key role in the company’s divestitures, which resulted in a stronger balance sheet.
Mechler joined Imperial Sugar in 1988 as corporate controller. In 1997, he was promoted to vice president of accounting and finance.
A certified public accountant, Mechler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.
