Media Covers Sugar Shipments at Port Wentworth

_MG_8390lWJCL, Fox 28 Television News in Savannah, was among the media covering the resumption of granulated sugar shipments this past weekend from Imperial Sugar’s rebuilt refinery at Port Wentworth, Georgia.

It’s been about 18 months since the refinery has produced sugar. An explosion on February 7, 2008 killed 14 workers and the company spent more than a year rebuilding the refinery.
